Why I do what I do....

Someone once asked me why I make handbags, etc. (The list is too large to put into words)   Besides the fact that it is an obvious obsession and I can't stop doing what I do , the answer is really simple.  Not only do I adore fabrics, but I love the process of combining colors and patterns. This became even more obvious on the last bag I made.  I was in the fabric store yesterday for hours searching for the perfect lining for my latest creation.  It didn't matter how long it took.  It had to be perfect.  And luckily, I think it was.
Actually, I don't know what I would do without my passion.  So, I think I'll just keep doing what I do.
